I placed the order on 14th September, 2024, with the product expected to be delivered by 30th September, 2024. Everytime I followed up with their sales head and the customer support team, new excuses were made for the delay and false commitments were made. The product was never shipped. Therefore, I was compelled to request a cancellation due to the delay. On 7th October, I requested the cancellation of the order. They acknowledged my request through an email, confirming that my refund would be processed within 12 business days. However, it has been more than the stipulated time, and I have yet to receive the refund. Moreover, my attempts to contact their sales head and customer service team via calls and chat have been unsuccessful. Was this information helpful? |
