Ordered thru their website/ shoppe dining table and they said delivery will happen soon after receiving the payment by online transfer. Then they said that their consignment got damaged. Then they started delay tactics they said they will refund and till date from oct 2024 no refund has happenned inspite of various legal letters etc.

I placed the order on 14th September, 2024, with the product expected to be delivered by 30th September, 2024. Everytime I followed up with their sales head and the customer support team, new excuses were made for the delay and false commitments were made. The product was never shipped. Therefore, I was compelled to request a cancellation due to the delay. On 7th October, I requested the cancellation of the order. They acknowledged my request...
