We went on a US tour with AFC Holidays from Dubai in March 2016. This was such disastrous experience for us with an 18 member team. First of all AFC Holidays abandoned us with a bus driver and low profile bus for the touring without any tour manager. Bus will drop you in hotel, drop you in city center then you have to tour yourself? Reason said by them later no money for tour guide? I don’t know why you then travel with AFC holidays why cant we go our own? The worst part was the bus a basic bus without even proper head rest you need to travel 13 hours long from city to city in the same bus, sometime no breaks as bus driver has to reach in time. The nastiest part of the tour was in Los Angeles where we were abandoned by the US counter part of AFC holiday for nonpayment between AFC holidays and them. Remember we have paid AFC holidays in Dubai 30 days in Advance, The Guy Malco took all the money and then disappeared with the money and did not pay the operator in US. We were in utter shock what to do next? And that too on a Friday, no one in AFC Holidays dubai office. After several calls and approaches we had to collect our own money to deposit with the driver to make the trip move and then AFC holidays paid them? Can you imagine you abandoned in another country – only AFC holidays can do such scams. All hotels are booked far away from city – no mode of transport. They will promise that all hotels are in the city in fact they will book cheaper hotels far away from city. You have to fight for breakfast every day. I am attaching photographs that will help you on this one. If you are booking tour with AFC holidays insist on name of tour manager contact details. Take hotels details and verify the distance from city. There is no point staying far away from city, your entire tour will be spoiled travelling to and from city travelling in traffic. And don’t forget to take 24 call assistance from AFC holidays dubai and also back up numbers who is responsible in case of trouble. They sent us to Niagara for 3 days but there is nothing operating in Niagara in march? Can you imagine how these guys can fool you like this?
Beware of this travel agency and they don’t reply to your emails, they don’t care as soon as you have paid, you are trapped, be careful take all details. In fact they will not tell you it is bus tour all itinerary will be hidden from you then provide you surprise itineraries when you actually reach the destination

To be honest I tried my best to removing the reviews even though I was not satisfied, and I only succeeded to remove the review on trustpilot. This is pure blackmail, they will not use the credit note provided by them if the reviews are not taken off .
They made me take off the review by sending a video on how the reviews can be taken off...and I was forced to take off the review at gun point... They promised to make the booking once the review is deleted ...now I keep following up for the booking and they say its not available...I waited for 30 day and they say its all booked...they made me cry tears of blood for my heard earned money...please stay away from this horrible company and avoid getting cheated ...finally after lots of discussion they promised to refund the credit note and its 20 day now amd I haven't received the refund...its a joke they say it will take over 45 days for the refund ... now when we try calling they ignore and avoid our calls...I am lost for words...worst and unprofessional company...please stay away from AFC travels...I have dealt with many travel agents and this company by far is the worst company. They promise stuff and never keep to their promise...horrible service.
Now they refuse to refund my credit note and are again forcing me to take off the reviews...scam company...BIG CHEASTERS...
