Dealing with AFC Travels is such a pain and nightmare, I received a credit note from AFC and I wanted to make the booking before the CN expires, however they refused to make the booking stating that, until I remove the reviews I posted online they will not make the booking...this is a game they are playing. We went on a US tour with AFC Holidays from Dubai in March 2016. This was such disastrous experience for us with an 18 member team. First of all AFC Holidays abandoned us with a bus driver and low profile bus for the touring without any tour manager.
