Agamya Enterprises — aquaguard service center

The company is a great cheat. They have approached us stating that they are authorized representative of eureka forbes aquaguard services. They took contract for three years at rs.4, 000/-. They have not issued the gst bill for the same but instead issued contract receipt.

When eureka forbes guys visited our home and checked the candles agamya enterprises replaced, he informed that the candles are duplicate and not original eureka forbes candles.

They took 4000 rupees for three years contract and when contacted for getting refund they informed they don't care for such individual customer complaint.

Contract code is 10969 dtd.21/11/2019.

Hence since no options left for us but to go to consumer court.

The technicians had taken money and never came back for servicing either they have not even resolved the query, Sanjay and jyostna we are coordinating from last 5 days yet no response, Our complain is specific to aagamya enterprise if not resolved we need to take action
