Agarwal Express Packers And Movers — Non delivery of shipment

Hello,

I have purchased a disabled friendly EV scooter from PEV Motors, Bulandshahar.
I searched for transport online, Md. Imran from Agarwal express packers and movers contacted me and agreed to deliver the scooter in 1 day. They sent me an invoice and I paid Rs. 6000 in advance. The vehicle was loaded on Tata Ace with registration number UP 13 DT 6880 on 24 October 2026 around 7:00 pm from transport nagar, Bulandshahar.
It's been 4 days the vehicle has not been delivered yet. I made 40-50 calls but no one is picking up the call.
They are frauds and I guess they operate with different names with different clients. I sincerely need help in this regard.
