Agarwal Safe Packers And Movers — refund of advance amount

On 29/06/2019 we had booked agarwal safe packers and movers, h. Q.6520, g-block, aero city, mohali to transfer our items from chandigarh to jammu. For this an employee of the company came to estimate the amount of the items. He told us that the packers will come on 30.06.2019 to pack all the items. Companies employee took ₹1000/- as advance amount and gave us a receipt. Next day we called 100 times but nobody took our calls. We did not avail the service and we are asking for the refund. Again for refund we have called 100 times this is a very bad experience dealing with company. Till now the company has not communicated with us and didn’t gave us our refund.
