Safe Movers Packers is a total fraud. They talk very sweetly before taking money and afterward they harass you a lot and blackmail you to get extra money. NEVER ever get trapped by these fraud guys. I found this the hard way.

As various complaints found on this site against the Safe Movers and Packers, I too have been cheated by Mr. Pratap Singh. The goods are to be delivered from Delhi to Chennai. He took money upfront too. After 15 days gave me the number of driver. When contacted the driver, he is saying that please collect the goods. He is atleast 70kms from my house. When contacted Pratap Singh, he gave another packers number and asked me to talk to him only, I cannot do anything. Then after much persuasion arranged another packers at extra cost of 4000 and delivered with one box missing.

How this person can run a company and saying it's govt approved. Such a fraud.

These people are fraud. They will make false promises and will give best price initially so that people get into trap. Their real game will start after loading, trust me they do apply same strategy to cheat people
1.First they will give you best price, then just before loading they will say they can't give u services, either you have to all the advancement in few left hours or you have to agree with them .
2. Their second excuse will be, the guy who visited at your place did some mistake and gave you wrong quote but Mr pratab will try to retain you at any cost, once your stuff will loaded and on the way then only they will show their true color and will ask more money on name of GST and insurance,
While in real they won't provide you any insurance letter,
3. Owner ( pratap) will not receive your call for clarification on sudden extra demand of amount but he will instruct his driver not to unload stuf[censored]ntil extra money is not paid, though he would have taken all the amount which was committed
4. .His employee will say he just forgot to tell about these taxes and won't respond, while how can someone forget to tell these hidden charges to every one .
5..Don't be misguided by 5 star rating, because these are given by his own employee .6. you will receive tempered boxes .

I won't say they are not professional infact they are professional cheaters .
I did one mistake that I trusted on their words and didn't check all the reviews / companies .

I.checked their reviews only after burning my fingers, I was shocked to see Mr Piyush ji on complaint sector suffered exactly in same way

This can't be co incident but a planned way to misguide.
I request you for strict action for them ...
I am ready to fight against this injustice and luckily I have all their hand written quote and recorded call.

Fraudlent happened with me, promised delivery time was 7-10 day by own transport. Where as the delivery happened in 3 months time frame where 40000 rs goods has been stolen. All the packeges are broken, opened etc.
Charged 11000 for Insruance which has no proper GST bill, no proper bill of services. Most fraud person Ever, very rude to client.
After taking the amount from you no proactive response you will get from Mr. PRATAP singh.
I have all the call recordings as a proof. Delivery happened by 3rd party logistics. DELHIVERY has shipped the order. No packages were delivered by their own transport as promised before taking the order. Beware of PRATAP SINGH

I shifted my office a month ago. My experience with Safe Movers Packers Pvt Ltd was really good. The owner, was a true professional man, His team and others know their job thoroughly. I strongly Suggest them.

One week ago I opted the service from Safe Movers Packers Pvt Ltd, Best staff and very good packing and moving, supportive staff and I will recommend them for future work also.

Safe Movers Packers Pvt Ltd executives are really helpful and most importantly punctual. They also handled the goods with care.

We took packing and delivery of Delhi based local firm naming Safe Packers & Movers who approached us via their marketing executive Praveen and then their Pratap quoting us 35, 000 for delivery from Delhi to Panchkula Sector 21. During day of order they delayed our transport making excuses of truck mechanical fault. His team fellow asked us to make random valuation of all items which we gave as around 3 Lacs which was without our knowledge used as insurance valuation and premium made. Same day they asked us to pay 35000 for service and 15000 (including gst) as insurance fees which was paid same time with assurance of raising bills of both payments. Post this again their was delay in service with silly excuses and company owner was not supportive.

After unpacking whole items (i.e. 90+ boxes) we found one of the LED TV's screen broken badly which was even shared to this guy Pratap (Transporter) who said it's not his headache and neither insurance agency is responsible for the same.

Since 27th October night we are doing back to back calls, chats with this guy pratap for the respective bills/documents; service of broken tv, also he is not willing to share policy number or name of insurance agency, This is complete fraudulent activity who took advantage of Diwali vacation and our time in unpacking and settling home after shifting.

My Car Santro Xing GL plus was picked from Bengaluru under Transport Manager - Pratap Singh by taking full DOOR - TO - DOOR Car Delivery charges on 15th Oct, 21 and delivered to Delhi today after extreme delay of 20 days on 3rd Nov, 21. Even, I was asked DOOR - TO - DOOR Car delivery but I have been charged extra Rs. 310/- by driver at the time of hand over my Car which must be refunded immediately.
Condition of my Car has been worst as Steering handle has been torn mostly. Further, some of my placed equipments and items (Shell - Coolant bottle worh Rs. 350/- etc.) inside the Car has been stolen as I couldn't get them at the time of hand over by the driver.
Further, the attitude and behaviour of the Transport Manager regarding Car delivery status was extremely bad as he never addressed my concerns and inconvenience due to delay and non - delivery of my Car. I would like to complaint against him and his involved Team for my damaged and used delivered Car as Taxi/Cab during this period and hence must refund that estimated cost as my compensation.

I have booked Safe Packers and Movers to shift my household from Delhi to Bengaluru, all of sudden due to some issues I canceled it.

I paid a token money of 5000 to them. I canceled it 2 days before the moving date.

They are supposed to return my money. They confirmed it on email but since last 1 month they are just saying Tomorrow.

Recently I had a word with Mr Pratap, he shouted at me that I ll not refund, do what ever you want.

I had taken a service in December 23rd to transfer my vehicle from Bangalore to Haldwani Uttarakhand.
I was promised that it will be delivered by month end in December 2020.
I got a call from a delivery person in Haldwani that my vehicle has arrived and when we went there they denied telling payment is not done and it can’t be given to us u till merchant clear the payment.
Whr I contacted the merchant who is Safa packers and movers in hsr layout Bangalore, they did not give me any proper answers sometimes they tell some server problem sometimes they say some or other problem, they promised I shall wait for 2 more days and I shall get my vehicle . When I contacted them after 2 days I got to know from Delhivery portal that my vehicle is in transit and is being returned back to Bangalore which is disturbing and annoying for the customer who is me without any notification though I had made a payment already to the merchant who is safa packers and movers on December 23rd itself before the vehicle was shipped by them.
Now I am really worried about my vehicle “s whereabouts and it’s condition and no proper response by merchant. They just give me one number asking me to connect with them. This is really bad service .

I had relocated my 1BHK household items in 30th Nov'19, with Maruti Safe Packers and Movers, Whitefield from 56066-Whitefield to 689643 - Pathanamthitta in Kerala and as per delivery date on invoice its 4/12/2019 everyday I call up them and ask for the status and to provide with tracking details and company contact person Aashish - +91-[protected], +91-[protected] keeps saying today, tomorrow delivery will be made and is not giving any tracking details or transporter details . I had agreed for a payment of 80% at the time of packing and loading and remaining 20% at the time of delivery and unloading. Trying all the contact numbers to get our items delivered but sometimes not attending, or number busy or switched off. Their license should be cancelled for such irresponsible acts which fools the customer and taking money from us. Today is 10th of Dec 2019 and item has not been delivered yet. Time : 10.00 pm
Please help us to get our items at the earliest and compensation for delayed delivery and irresponsiblity which wasted our time and multiple calls and follow ups.

I had booked this company for relocating my house hold goods from delhi to kolkata including my car. I have paid entire bill as per invoice in advance as demanded by prakash (Owner of this company). To my surprise after dispatching my goods including my car, he starts demanding extra money like gst, insurance, for goods and car, when i tried to resist, he holds my consignment and threatened that he will not deliver my consignment unless and until i have paid all the dues. At last i paid the amount but never received any receipt for same instead of following for more than 2 months.
Biggest shock for me was my vehicle, as per understanding my vehicle have to transported through close container which he charged extra also, it was almost one month but my vehicle was not delivered. Every day new story and try to mislead. At last i have registered complaint with delhi police also. One morning i received call from jharkhand state border police that my vehicle is crossing jharkhand border and driver did not have required documents, so i am seizing your vehicle. When i try to find the reality i came to know that they are sending my car through road (By driving car itself) not in close container. Finally after two days i received the call from some one who informed me that your car is parking in parking lot which is 75 km from my place and i have to collect car from that place. They have abandoned my car literally.
At last when i have collected my car my car was completely damaged. Clutch plate burned, engine seized due to less engine oil, heavy dent on body, door lock broken, ac was not working and lots of other problem. Almost after 38 days i got my car, i don’t know what he done to my car in these days. Today my car is in garage, and more than 2.5 lacs required to repair all these parts. Unfortunately, i cannot afford this much of amount. My vehicle has just run 66000km and looks like new. When i have asked for insurance amount he simply refused. Also, he has not given me proper bill on time due to this my company have not reimbursed my logistic bill. I am completely shattered. Please don’t use this company to reloacting your stuff specially vechicle.

I had booked my household goods from delhi on 30.04.19 and the goods reached in mumbai on 04.05.19. I have not received any bill, money receipt or the insurance bill till date. I had remiited rs. 20, 000/- through online and rs. 36, 000/- thru neft. Moreover rs. 2, 500/- cash was given to the supervisor at delhi.
The insurance amount was charged rs. 9, 000/- but i could not claim any amount as i did not have the bill.

Kindly arrange to send me the bill and money receipt at my residence in mumbai.

I had used safe express services for the first time and i m very disappointed... Becoz at the time of parcelling they have not mentioned the amount to be paid as i have chosen payment mode as cod and when i asked him to write the amount he said he will make sure he will write the amount at the time of delivery but cod bill was 250 rs more than he comitted at the time of parcelling. And also when i had contacted them sometimes there server is not working or there employees are busy... No response either... Very dissapointed

I want to report a concern. I relocated from delhi to bangalore 10 days ago. I was told to pay 25000 as a shifting charges from packers and movers. Later, once the house holding things were loaded to truck. They asked me to pay 34000 including (4000 for insurance and 5000 for gst). I did pay the same. They gave me normal copy which shows the insurace coverage of rs 1, 32, 000. But, they didn't provide any bill or invoice for the same. I asked for my insurace policy number and company and the bill for the same which includes 5000 as gst charges. But, they refused it.

I have recieved the things but they are broken. I can't file for the claim because they didn't get the insurance done. Though they took the payment from me but never paid to the company. The same is with gst. They are taking 18% gst from the customers but refusing to provide the bill and seems like that they are not making the payment to the govt. Too.

Hence, requesting you to please get the investigation done. This must be happening with others too.

Also, would like to inform you that they haven't paid that gst amount to the govt. And they refused to provide the genuine bill and insurance papers.

It's a fraud company. They are cheating. They tell first one amount after loading they charge triple it. Staff also not good while talking they didn't give respect they walk. They get full while loading goods it includes loading and unloading goods but after they are responsible for it. Delivery date date are 2 days later. Worst packers and movers.

Safe packers and movers are fraud and fake. They will take your household and will not send to destination on agree quotation. Initially they will take booking amount and on day of loading will not charge will send bill next day.. Till then ur stuff is gone. They will add extra taxes and 18%gst which is only 5%. There address n get no is fake too. Please don't use this transportation.

This is one of the most horrific, uncultured, unsafe, highly corrupt and goonda movers and packers. I had made a mistake of not paying heeds to advice on various feedback sites and still went for this movers and packers to relocate my household goods. I am regretting till now.

There are many goondas with the same name safe movers packers. Be aware of this and do not fall prey to them. This cheap company agent jayjeet from delhi, dinesh from bangalore and pratap from delhi run this shop.

Jayjeet will approach to you with doing all the sweet talks and even showing the packing of goods in the lamination. But once they receive full payment, he will not even pick your phone and even block you through truecaller id. I and my family had been calling him through different numbers just to get the status of the shipment.

This guy promised me the delivery of the household items in max 10 days time. I got the goods after repeated followups after 1 month in extremely damaged condition. He took the insurance amount from me and never provided the insurance copy. I have already filed a complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in/ and waiting for their response.

I have lost all the energy to fight with them daily over phone. Now i am seeking the help of government agencies to get rid of this fraud company. They even put iso certification on their website. They took from me 18% tax amount, god know if govt received any gst from each invoice which they create.

My stuff of atleast inr 25000 are being damaged. 2 kid cycles and one new cloths bag worth inr 10000 are missing. We are continuously calling them but not getting any response.

Our indian govt is so lenient that they dont bother if common citizens are been robbed and harassed by these goons. May be govt agencies are getting cuts from these goons.

This is one of the waste and worst service in india. Name is safe but this is really # service. I was struggled almost 15 days with these guys.
When ever i called for my goods they told for delivery next day or with in hour. 15 days they told same answer.

So dont trust this packers better to go with others.

Finally worst and waste service.
