Dear sir, i debendra narayan senapaty, having pf no-mh/23410/209, employee of aglowmed ltd, from 5/5/1990 till 23/9/2002. I have received partly pf amount on dt.14/2/2006. But form-10c was return to me from your office. Sir, i have not yet received employes' pension scheme certificate or any amount.
Kindly issue pension certificate or amount.
