Agoda.com — Even after re confirmation and had to repay the amount, want refund

We booked hotel room with agoda.com for hotel visthara in krishnagiri, with booking id[protected] with mail I'd sayyad.[protected]@hap.in.
Even after payment and getting comfirmation mail we had to repay for room as hotel management was saying they did not recive any confirmation from agoda. Please resolve the issue and refund our amount.
