We booked a room on 24th July 2023 through online booking Agoda platform, due their system technical error they room was booked 30th July 2023 . I called Property owner he said, booking and cancellation authority having Agoda only. So Agoda will not give proper response and not provided refund or can not allow amend date.

    The room I booked in Thailand was different than the pictures of the Agoda website and was in an unacceptable bad state. I couldn’t sleep all night.

    I will give a quick summary of my problems with the room:
    - The toilet does not flush. When you press the flush, the water is overflowing and does not go away.
    - the light in the room and in the balcony is not working
    - the electricity contact points are falling a part and some completely not working anymore
    - the matrass is so old that you lay down in a hole. I needed to put the matrass on the ground to have a little support.

    The next day the reception of the resort and Agoda were unreachable. I decided to book another resort.
    In the afternoon I managed to contact the reception and they solved the problem with upgrading me to a way better new room. Together we called Agoda, to solve the issue and to cancel my other booking that I just made less than an hour before. On the phone they told me they will cancel the other booking without any charge. However, later I received an email that I still needed to pay both rooms. So, I ended up paying both rooms and Agoda was unreachable. I would like to get a refund. I would not recommend anyone to book through Agoda.

        I booked a flight ticket on Sep 13th on agoda.com through sky scanner app
        Flight details: Sep 18 - Hyderabad to Mangalore. INDIGO - 6E 7163
        PNR - HJB54V
        I had to cancel the flight and i did it on Indigo website on Sep 16
        When I tracked the refund status in Indiogo website, it showed refund initiated from their side and Agoda would get the refund, but i didn't get the same from Agoda.
        Please solve this issue.
        I am attaching- Payment details, booked ticket mails from indigo and agoda, cancelled ticket mails from both agoda and indigo, and refund track from Indigo.
        Last time when I faced an issue with ticket not booked but payment done, you helped get my money back. I hope i will get help this too.

          This is regarding a flight ticket from Indigo PNR number BTJU9R. According to the information from Indigo, the company had issued a full refund of the ticket.

          I tried communicating with the agency that was mentioned in the ticket, however, the customer care representative gave me the contact number of Agoda (Booking number[protected] and was asking me to contact them for a refund. I made several attempts, but never got them connected.

          It is sceptical to know that the booking was done through booking.com but the money goes to Agoda and we have to struggle to communicate with them.

          I request to do the needful for the refund.
          same happened here. I don't understand why this is not getting resolved even in consumer complaints

            I booked 2 grand sea view rooms in ela excellence antalya hotel but they gave me 2 superior rooms which is less category and rate, how it comes ???!!! its scam, this is not what i booked and pay for
            please I need the exact rooms I booked and pay more for it
            also i sent to agoda for help in this issue and they keep sending me that they will CONTACT the hotel and solve it while they didn't !!
            in two days i'm CONTACTing them for help also the hotel told me to CONTACT agoda to check with them but agoda team did nothing,
            now i lost money and the rooms i booked for even when i refused to check in the rooms which they gave me they told me the booking is nonrefundable and i will not get any money back and i must accept what they gave or i will be in the street with my kids
            The worst booking engine ever, and hotel make it even worst they are racism and don't even listen to my issue and dealing with me as ### which is not acceptable
            there's material and moral damage inflicted on me and my family and i need my rights back

              Agoda and OYO have cheated us of above bookings on 29May 2022. This Hotel booking was fully paid through IcICi NRI acc. ...7877 Online. Booking was confirmed for 8 days from 3 to 10 Jun 2022 at OYO 63864 Mominpur guest house, Kolkata 700023. Family double bed room. After travelling by Air from Bangalore to Kolkatta, Hotel owner refused to give hotel room keys to use. Even after contracting same time 100 calls and emails, no accomodations given to us with family.
              Then we booked other accomodations and shifted. We gets insulted and ashamed on this booking denied. We are elligable to claim for RS 10 Lakhs from Agoda and OYO and to close down these web site for cheatings to international customer's. Please take serious action to get back out full claims without fail.

                We booked hotel room with agoda.com for hotel visthara in krishnagiri, with booking id[protected] with mail I'd sayyad.[protected]@hap.in.
                Even after payment and getting comfirmation mail we had to repay for room as hotel management was saying they did not recive any confirmation from agoda. Please resolve the issue and refund our amount.

                    I booked hotel TR residency through Agoda.com from 29 Dec to 31 Dec in pondicherry. At the time of booking i entered my details and age of my child as 2 years, the booking site added 300 INR per night extra stating children between age of 2 to 5 will be treated as adults as per hotel policy. I went ahead and booked the hotel. When I arrived at hotel i shared same thing with the manager, he told there is no such policy for a child of age 2 and no hotel will charge extra for 2 year old baby. Therefore I expressed my grievances with Agoda by mailing them but they did not responded . I requested hotel manager to show hotel policy and took picture of it which is attached herewith. I did not took extra bed from hotel, which can be confirmed with hotel reception. Screenshot of booking detail attached herewith. I want refund from Agoda for the same.

                      They have debited the amount and the booking had not been confirmed. I tried to pay twice. And now they are saying that the payments were not towards Agoda booking.

                          I have booked room from Agoda.com with booking at La Serene Resort and Spa
                          Mahabaleshwar, India 12 Nov - 14 Nov 2021
                          Booking ID:[protected] and I have cancel my booking and got mail from agoda that ‘’We have confirmed the cancellation of your booking at La Serene Resort and Spa. Your booking was cancelled for free’’ and they still deducted 11200 rs from my account, very bad service from agoda.com, I am expecting my money back from agoda.com

                              Amount got deducted with mentioning Retail Domestic PT but no booking was done.
                              Tried contacting customer support of Agoda but no response.
                              Additionally, my bank has confirmed that they have approved the payment but hotel says they haven’t received it from Agoda.

                                I was debited Rs. 3359.43 when I tried to book a hotel from Agoda, it showed me an error after submitting the OTP and redirected me to the payment page. Even though I was debited with the amount I didn't get any booking confirmation. I also have my transaction reference.

                                  I have been cheated with fraud booking of hotel in goa on 31st December 2020. The hotel booking was made through trivago and the booking was made by agoda.com.When I visited the property the property was closed and the villa was closed for a longer period and the owner number is switched off and it was cancelled automatically after sometime tried reaching trivago and agoda.com customer support but there is no response please help me in getting my refund.

                                    But they said no room booked by agoda
                                    I called to agoda&oyo customer came but no one solved by issue simply put on hold
                                    Now i need to check in another hotel by paying
                                    2500rs extra
                                    I lost 2500+777 becoz of agoda
                                    Please refund me else i complain in consumer court
                                    I never experienced this type of bad service
                                    I was stuck with family in midnight it's horrible to all o[censored]s.

                                    But when i reach there with family&kids they said they dont got any booking. I was suffered a lot with agoda and this hotel stuff. I saw the hotel is just like hell with rats and dirty rooms&bedsheets they never changed for years... I lost booked amount 777 and took another hotel costed me 2500 as i booked last minute. I want refund of all losts 2500+777 as compensation for inconvinence and defamation charges

                                        Dear sir/mam,

                                        I had booked 4 hotel room for 2 night from www.agoda.com, i had paid the amount through credit card and i have faced the below issue from them

                                        Booking no[protected]
                                        Charge date - 4th may 2019
                                        Hotel - palm medows whitefield
                                        Usd - 952.40

                                        1) they have charged in dollar and not in indian rupee without prior information,
                                        2) they have charged higher than actual conversion amount
                                        3) they are not giving me any gst input invoice, which had resulted loss of 17 to 18k to me, generally all the websites and hotel give you gst input.. When contacted with hotel they say the portal through you booked has to provide you details
                                        4) its very difficult to find call center number and they speak oely one language english

                                        Please help me with my gst reversal & amount for harassment and such site should be banned as they dont give any prior information

                                          Booked few rooms in a hotel in Coimbatore for me & my friends through www.agoda.com for January 30, 2013. Paid the money vide credit card, received the confirmation voucher stating room booking is confirmed & accordingly we have issued our flight tickets at non-refundable fares. Couple of days after, I called up the hotel to reconfirm my booking and came to know that agoda has not made any booking. When I called up Agoda Customer Care in the UK, they have informed that the booking can't be taken due to non availability of rooms at the hotel and had asked me to cancel the booking in their portal to get the refund. When I checked with other hotels in Coimbatore, none of them are available and all our flight tickets need to be cancelled, which is of no use as no refunds are possible. Have made a huge loss due to Agoda's service issue, pls advise on how to compensate on this issue. If they can't guarantee the reservation, then why this hotel is displayed in their website and gave me the confirmation after making the payment. When I got a written mail from Agoda, I have cancelled the booking and they refunded the money after 72hrs. We were a group of 18 people, wanted to attend a conference for the said dates above and now really don't know what to do!!! Could someone help me in this. Total airfare came out at INR 1,80,000 - pls advise on how to proceed with this. I did check other indian portals to make this booking before viewing agoda, but nobody could offer rooms during the said date. Kumar +[protected].
