I am Rahul Bhandarkar, We had our tv moved from Rajanandgaon to Nagpur 55 inch Ifalcon tv.
When it came to our house, it was broken, we specifically asked for the packaging to be changed and we were charged 250 extra for the same as per our initial conversation and later confirmed as well.

We were charged 1200 as insurance as well, . Now company is giving different reasons as to why they can reimburse the damages done by their mishandling of TV, the packing was in a bad condition. We were not informed about any communication with our family and was never informed that insurance will not be applicable if the tv condition is not seen by plugging in.
