[Resolved]  Agrawal Packers And Movers — Household received in major damage condition(From Kanpur to Hyderabad)

It is regarding my household shifting from kanpur to hyderabad .(Please find attached mails )

I would like to tell you that although required I had paid full amount (In cash ) against your quotation in advance for my household goods shifting from Kanpur to Hyderabad (GC No. KNP P000235). Being a first time customer from a corporate company I only requested for safe and timely delivery of household’s .But it is very shame to tell you that I have received my all goods in damaged condition. As all goods packets were filled with water like a pool all major items like air conditioner, bed, dressing table, sofa set, and computer desktop was in fully damaged broken condition. All cloths bags which Agrawal packer representative Mr. Rishabh (Kanpur) & Mr. Rajesh Yadav (Supervisor-Kanpur) claimed as water proof bags were filled with water and costly saaries, suits even cloths in suitcase (packed by agrawal packers) were filled with water that caused all cloths not reusable.

After seeing the worst condition of my house holds it looks like the vehicle used for delivery met an accident on the way and kept open in rain intentionally . In spite of my I insurance through carriers risk FOV coverage by agrawal packers and movers (95 Items with 100000 Rs risk coverage) nobody from claim department is bothered to check the condition of goods after so many follow-up till now after three days of receiving damaged goods at Hyderabad . I have not only marked all my damage in to your receiving book also recorded damage condition of all goods with your persons, confession of your own delivery person accepting bad quality of packing done, accepting lie of Mr.Rishabh (Kanpur staff) of water proof packing, poor carrier service,

Please find details of damage:

1. First after loading at kanpur nobody was there at the time of departing and the truck driver was asking my wife and my 65 years old father to push the loader as its battery was not functioning properly-Misbehave

2. After this she (my wife) had to call in your Kanpur Office at 22:00 hrs and Mr. Rajesh Yadav and Mr. Somveer (Kanpur staff) behave irresponsibly and after so many follow-up turned up at late 1:00 am morning-Failure in timely dispatch

3.Major damage

a. queen size bed of durian company in fully damage condition from corners

b. Water in durian two seater Sofa

c. Computer Table is totally damaged

d. All the cloths and other stuffs in Agrawal's Trendy Bags are wet and useless now as color bleeding occured .

e. Each n every American Tourister Trollies n Bags having Expensive clothes, suiting and shirting are wet -useless now

f. Desktop and its Accessories and Guisar, filled with water.

g. Even all the 20 Blue-Colored Supreme's Crates provided by Agrawal's were filled with water due to which all the Expensive stuffs in it like Crockeries, Toys, Kitchen, Appliances, Foot-mats and Carpet, Cosmetics, Edible items, etc.

h. Damaged Cooling plates and strings of AC

4.Household were arrived much before time requested for delivery and kept in open at given address with heavy rain in night.

5. From the day o[censored]npacking of our households at Hyderabad till date we are (including my 1 yr old son and my Heart Patient mother)sleeping on floors as all the mattresses are highly wet .

This shifting has not only caused serious financial losses ( much more higher than risk covered ) but also caused mental trauma after appointing you (Agrawal Mover and packers) for my household shifting. I think you need to take it very seriously and pay my full value of all damage with compensation for mental torture otherwise I will not have any other option to take it in consumer court and serious legal impacts against you on ground of financial loss, defamation and insurance rules violation.
