Ahataxis.com — No refund for due to verbal made up policy which are not stated in written

I have booked a trip from hyderabad to adilabad, PNR: B-Hyderabad[protected], Dated: 12 june 2021(trip date) on 11th june. I have cancelled the booking on the same 11 june. I have called the tech support on the same day for 3 hrs regarding the cancellation and refund. The customer support even after calling on 11th june didn't cancel my booking even after stating it will be cancelled and refund will be provided in aha coins. on the next of 12th june I received the car driver details even after cancelling the trip previous day, Again i have called the executive support regarding the same, they informed that booking can't be cancelled before 12 hrs on 11th june but on 12th june when i called again they were stating it's need to be cancelled before 24hrs.

Even after multiple times calling for refund, As which is written stated on the website and aha policy that there will be no charge for cancellation. And even aha policy in written states the refund will be provided in aha coins.

Even after Calling multiple times regarding the refund. All I hear is verbally made up rules regarding the time needed to inform 24hrs prior to support before cancellation, Which is nowhere rewritten in your policies or in the website.
