AIIMS — 2 time deduction of money for aiims

My exam fees.. Are deducted twice.
During my first payment it showed error due to technical inconvenience the transaction is not possible, but the money is deducted. As i cant proceed to the further step
I tried second time but transaction was successful and extra 1500 fees are deducted.. Please help me. I have reference number and everything.

I have paid twice for aiims 2018 on 8th feb the bank msg say that the payment was successful but the aiims site says that therethere's an error...plz look into the matter and do what is needed to be done ; i would very much like it if the money is refunded as soon as possible.
