AIMS Promoters PVT Ltd — Not refunding money after flat cancelation | |||
Sir, This is to inform you that we purchased a flat in 2011 in Aims Golf Avenue from Aims Promoters Pvt. ltd! Due to delay in paying installments, they canceled our flat. In September 2014 we filed an application for the refund of money, they promised to refund within 3 months as per norms of Builder Buyer Agreement. It has been 6 months now and we have not been intimated about the reason of delay. They are no more replying to our phone calls and mails. We are facing a lot problem because my builder is not a professional he is politician. so want to government that give me a good builder who having good knowledge to complete this project, we need to financial audit of this project
