Air Asia — Air Asia redeemed credit amount on its own without informing or asking me, that too before the promised time period

Due to covid19, air Asia flight was cancelled from their side and I was promised credit amount which was valid till 6th June 2022. They promised the credit on 5th June 2020. My booking was for 3rd june2020. Thereby no ways it's possible that the credit period is over. How come the amount of rs.8922 has been redeemed by Air Asia without any prior intimation? I want refund in any possible way. Either complete credit amount or refund.
