Air Asia — Behavior of on board staff | |||
I traveled in AirAsia on 6-June-2016 from Chandigarh to Bangalore. The behavior of the on board staff was not good. We were travelling with two infants and required hot water to make the feed for the babies but they said they are busy and cannot provide the water now they only can serve after they are free. They did not have courtesy to give water even after baby started crying. One of the passengers took the baby and I had to fill the bottles myself. They were unorganized and insensible. Babies shall be anyone's first priority than simply selling meals . Was this information helpful? | |||
