I have booked flight to bangalore from vishakapatnam, due to some issues have asked customer care to cancel that ticket, they confirmed it got cancelled but status was not reflected any where in the portal provided by them for the given CAS number or booking number. Even after calling them multiple times customer care people didnt respond properly and submitted complaint through site which was vain even. Even I paid them 5k extra for new booking.
Customer care service is worst ever which I have seen, even in bangalore airport they were shouting at the passengers at the ticket counter. Un bearable service need to take action on such services. Was this information helpful? |
