We came from air asia from bali to kolkata after out honeymoon trip. The air aisa staff mishandled my new skybag suitcase whihc was in checkedin baggage. And damaged it. I have already filed complaint with air asia but then they denied having damaged it as i noticed the damage after the custom clearance. I fought with them and still managed to file a complaint report. Further i have also filed a written complaint with airport authority of kolkata at the same time. I have copies of all the documents
