Air Asia — Chennai airport Air Asia require basic knowledge

Hi team, . I travelled to singapore on 3rd Jan 2023 from Chennai. My ticket is not direct ticket, it is from Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and then from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.

When I asked for the boarding pass, the staff and the manager was asking the Malaysian visa, i said Kuala Lumpur is just a transit and why it required a visa, they didn't understand anything and they keep asking the same and i cannot make my travel with Malaysian visa...they made me stand for almost 1 hour, I told them this is usual for a connecting flight and please provide the boarding pass as it was getting late, after multiple times i asked the manager spoke to someone in phone and he agreed to provide the pass for Chennai to Kuala Lumpur and not for the second journey that too ihe said we are providing this on courtesy.

I really don't understand how a airlines staffs don't have a basic knowledge that it's just a transit and it does not require visa

He made me panic and wasted almost 1 to 1.5 hrs of my time.

Hence please give them proper training, Also pls take necessary action.
