Air Asia — delayed baggage | |
My baggage was two days delayed. I did all the procedures for claim the compensation that the company told me, i did the chat with ava, then i contacted the insurance company. I had a big patience chatting with them, sending thousands of times the same information they required again and again, and finally they told me that i have to email air asia. So i did. And then the company replied i have to chat with ava... Again. I'm going in circles, nobody helps me, this is never ending history. Was this information helpful? | |

I have contacted AVA and Customer Care for travel certificate for booking reference for X3H8GT, However customer care is not ready to help and disconnected the call on AVA is running in to error
