Air Asia — messed up my meal orders between two flights | |
I was travellling on wednesday 8-november-2017 from colombo, sri lanka to kuala lumpur, malaysia on flight airasia46. When i booked my flight it clearly states one meal for the colombo to kl flight, and another meal from kl to melbourne. So imagine my shock look when the air steward on the colombo to kl flight serve me two meals instead of one. Clearly something went wrong or someone has messed up my meal order. I was not happy in the way airasia deal with this situation. They gave me a doggy bag to put the second meal in. Highly unprofessional. They did not consider that i have 17 hours to transit in klia and not forgetting another 8 hours flight to melbourne from kl on top of that. I paid for my meal to be served at the right time and demand compensation. I should not have to pay for another meal for my kl to melbourne flight. I hope someone from airasia can follow this up for me. Was this information helpful? | |
