I have shared all tickets and boarding passes as well, hope now you can track you flights.
Please resolve it as you have already taken enough time. else i have to raise consumer complaint,

I have booked my direct flight from Jaipur to Chennai 24 Jun 2022 12 25 to 24 Jun 2022 15 05 for 2 adults and 2 kids 15 month old and 7 year old, the duration was just 2:40 Hrs. Thats why I have booked the flight.
But you have rescheduled and changed everything here.
1. timings changed to 10:25 AM
2. Now its Jaipur to Mumbai, Mumbai to Bangalore and then finally Bangalore to Chennai and arrival at Chennai is around 6:00 PM after wasting my full day and further booking of cabs.
3. and story not ends here again you guys reschedule the flight from Jaipur 10:25 to 11:25
I am really fed up and disappointed with your irregularities
You wasted our time and money and wasted all our plans. I hope you can understand how much difficult to travel with infant and small kids
And the option which you were providing are no use for me
1 Full refund what I will do with refund because no flight can be booked with your refunds. As I have booked my flights before 1 month according to my plan.
2 Reschedule its also not working because no direct flight and any other flight is there for Chennai from Jaipur as you customer care executive told me that no direct or operational flights from Jaipur to Chennai in next 30 day.
So here thing is very clear you guys have to pay for the all inconvenience, wasting our time and money and all loss which is because for air asia
Please look into it and compensate with honesty.
As today we faces lot of problems because of you Airasia
