Air Asia — Not Got my refund back more than 13 days

I would like to seriously highlist this issue customer care of Air asia is so pathetic they were suppose to refund my money back in 7 days. its been more than 13 days i havent got any. I dropped an email too Airasia complaint email, i got response some one will contact me shortly. But i didnt.
Please help me to get my refund back.
