I had to book the ticket with Air Asia just because my father passed away else it would be the last ever choice. And as expected, the freaking ticket had the boarding time of 5:05 AM and departure was 5:45 AM. I reached the counter at 5:00 AM and was denied stating I'm late. Referred to the most arrogant and rude Supervisor who did not have the sensivity to even empathize when I mentioned that my father passed away. I was ripped off by extra amount as per the strategy of Air Asia. They were wasting time in the counter. If they would have allowed, I would have been able to board the same and not another flight when it was important for me to reach soon. I know I won't get a reply to this but I curse Air Asia to get worse and shut down with my crying heart. The other flight to depart at 7:10 did not fecilitate boarding until 6:40, Stop this strategy to make money Air Asia. Be customer centric. Was this information helpful? |
