We are travelling to bali (Denpasar) from kolkata on october 7, 2017 at 00:45 hr (Pnr erdkpr). Since web-check-in with airasia is before 14 days of journey, i am trying to do the same since 23rd september, 2017. Today is 28th sept, 2017 and i have not been successful. Contacted the customer care on phone, they were helpful but experienced the same problem and assured the problem will be sorted out shortly. Sent an e-mail on 26th sept, 2017 and got an auto-generated message (Reference number is cas[protected]y0src) assuring the problem will be solved. No result.
Interestingly, i had booking from bali (Denpasar) to yogyakarta on october 12, 2017 (Pnr ggg2tv) where the web-check-in could be done withot problem.
