Air Asia — Refund amount against flight cancellation by Air asia

I booked the flight under pnr - f3p6nd. Though flight cancelled by air asia but no amount refunded or credited under air asia portal under my credit account section

I am planning to book my schedule shortly. Wanted to know how i can utilize the amount paid to air asia while booking the ticket-f3p6nd
