Air Asia — refund for flight cancellation | |
My flight with pnr no. Z9rn6e was cancelled and now airasia is not refunding the full amount. It's their responsibility to refund the full amount as they cancelled the flight. But they are charging me cancellation fee of 3500 rupees. Poor customer service and they are making the customer go through this injustice. Refund the full amount asap. My air asia flight with PNR H1MVMZ was preponed in this I have to cancel my tickets and airlines Informed me that I will get a complete refund but they have charged cancellation price for each customer and they are not issue refund for the cancellation charge.
