Air Asia — refund my ticket amount

Myself v. Venkata satyanarayana i went to jaipur, for return journey i booked two tickets for hyderabad, i enter into airport in time but there is no one in the airport for take care about the boarding pass. I contact there mr rajeev and disha they did not respond for anything.

For their irresponsibility i lost my flight, they told me to travel in the same flight tomorrow. But i cant wait for the long time because i am a bussiness, i have so many works. For that reason i booked another spicejet tickets woth 16500 rs and came back to hyderabad. I lost my money for your irresponsible staff. So i want my money back through refund
