Air Asia — Refund not given | |||
I had booked a Air Asia flight from Kolkata to Bangkok [FD2672] for travel on 27th November 2013 and return [FD2671] on the 05th December 2013 as attached. Air Asia later re-scheduled the flight timings and we had to cancel the bookings. We were promised full refund of the amount as it was the airlines fault of re-scheduling the timings affecting our plans. We lodged a refund request with Air Asia and were asked to furnish bank details on 25th October 2013. We have been given a case number as CAS[protected]Z8H2Z on 25th November 2013. But there is no further response from the airline. I would request you to kindly intervene and help us get back the money. This is a very serious case of cheating a customer on the part of the Air Asia. Was this information helpful? | |||
