Air Asia — refund or credit shell not provided

I booked 2-3 air ticket from hyderabad to delhi by air asia, but unfortunelty due to lockdown all flight cancelled. I call so many time to air asia but not resolved also they wait on call 40 or 50 mints... My pnr as below;
