I cancelled the booking through their call center and refund amount was around 3808 but i never got the refund. They are saying that the amount is refunded in month of february. I have provided them the bank statements for the specified month but to no avail.

The ticket is either closed or there is no reply from their end. There is no way to track the ticket and no escalation points.
