Air Asia — Regarding refund

Sir, I booked flight ticket Chandigarh to bangalore & bangalore to Goa but air asia reschedule time aprox. 9hrs Up/down. My both PNR no. T9NB6F and MCCZHNM. I request to airasia refund my full amount because reschedule time aprox. 9hrs level of Airasia. Both flight are interconect because no direct flight airasia chandigarh to Goa.I pay ticket amount before one year ago. about this matter I have sent two mail and many call to coustmor care but my problem not solve. my flight dep date 18/06/2016.
