My flight i5317 was on 2/06/2020 at 23:55 but was rescheduled at 20:55 and i was given no notification about that through the mail, call or message when i reached the airport at 20:10 they denied every possibility of onboarding and insisted that, how could i be the only one not getting any notification, but when i go there customer care ticket boot there were more the 20 passengers with the same situation when we asked that what was going on they just keep making excuses that it was our fault. After some discussion, we agreed to change our travelling date on 08/06/2020 flight i5317 same time at 23:55 now they send a flight cancellation message what are we supposed to do please tell. This is not how a company work they are just harassing their passenger and keeping their money and giving the credit shell account and making the passenger stuck with them.
