Air Asia — Route and origin turned the other way around

So i booked a flight for 6 person from kalibo to boracay and boracay to kalibo. This was not the planned to be booked, i asked them make a change date instead so i can still use the purchased ticket. They've advise me just to book a correct route and origin. This is a total scam, they will not help customers who are needing modification of date. So if this issue will not be resolve, it will cost me a hard earned money for an inconsideration
