I'm Joy Mathew who travelled by Air Asia flight from Bangalore to Cochin in the morning of 22/8/22. When tried to return to Bangalore by 2150 flight on the same day, I was denied entry into flight without any valid reason. So I had to stay in the open air throughout night till 0940 next day morning when I got a ticket by Indigo to Bangalore.
