I had an air asia flight (Ak 718) from singapore to kuala lumpur on 4th march. It got delayed and took off 1.5 hours after the original schedule of 7:15 pm.
It landed at kuala lumpur at 10:15 pm and the connecting flight (Ak 63) departed as per the original schedule of 10:55 pm.
Due to air asia's gross negligence, i missed out on the connecting flight. Additionally i had a an onward jet airways flight in the morning at 6 am on the next day which i also missed out on.
This has led to huge monetary (Inr ~15, 000) and time loss.
The hotel accommodation and food were pathetic to say the least.
Secondly i have multiple voice recordings of assurance from their staff (Killa and other staff) that i will be duly compensated for the grossly negligent act committed by air asia.
Lastly they have turned down on their promises of refund and have ignored all my emails.
