I requested for a wheel chair and we got the confirmation from airline that it has been added. He was travelling alone and he is 70 years old.
Though he was provided wheel chair at the kolkata airport however he was not assisted at new delhi. He was given wheel chair assistance while deboard the flight and there after his wheel chair was taken away, stating that there are other passengers who
He being alone and helpless had to literary crawl to come out of the airport. This is the worst customer service ever which i have come across and i need compensation for the same.
I shall look for a reply to my message or else i would not think twice to go social.
