Air Costa Airlines — Refund not processed

I booked my Ticket in Air Costa on Feb 10th 2017.
Airline PNR: 02ST75
Ahmedabd to Bangalore
When i found out about Airline troubled i called AirCosta on March 7th to process Cancellation. At that time Airline was still operational and they confirmed that they processed the full refund and will be credited within 48 hours. This never happened. Post that i have been trying the reach Airlines but they are not reachable.
