Booked two tickets for the flight on 12th march 2017 from hyderabad to chennai, pnr no. 02t3x0 which was cancelled due to operational reasons. It has been almost 3 months and have not received refund yet. Every time i mail them, they reply saying that it will take 15-20 days. Please help me in getting my refund back. This is with reference to my PNR: 02T4FW. I have already written 10-12 mails to the air costa customer service yet there is no refund of my money. It is delayed unnecessarily for more than 2 months. They are always increasing the time window by 15-20 days. The customer service told that the money will be refunded on 15th may, but I haven't received any refund yet....

When i found out about Airline troubled i called AirCosta on March 7th to process Cancellation. At that time Airline was still operational and they confirmed that they processed the full refund and will be credited within 48 hours. This never happened. Post that i have been trying the reach Airlines but they are not reachable....

Air Costa cancelled my flight scheduled due to their so called operational reasons. Called customer care the agent who had no explanation but he went of repeating the same reason. He assured me that Air costa will refund the amount to VIA.COM within 24 hrs as that was where I booked the tkts from. It's been 2 weeks and I still didn't get my refund.
