[Resolved]  Air Costa — Refund not received for 3 months after flight cancellation

This is to inform that i have booked flight with air costa on 12th feb 2017 but later the flight was cancelled on mar 21st and informed by a mail by the airlines. The issue is over now 3 months and so far i have not received the refund. I have written multiple mails to airlines and airlines always responds that it will be refunded in 15-20 days and it has crossed over 3 months now. The details of my flight is provided below.
