Air Costa flight cancel Airline PNR 02SWYP amount refund 17720...

The below flight was cancelled by aircosta and its been more than 2 years we are waiting for refund. I have done numerous follows up but no response. Please clarify when we can get the refund amount as we already waited for 2 years.

Airlines has been canceled the service before my scheduled date.

I booked a flight ticket for vishakapatman to hyderabad from easemytrip website for with pnr no: 02szm4 and travel dated march 3rd, 2017. The flight was cancelled with the reason saying 'cancelled due to operational reasons'.

I called the easemytrip and aircosta customer care and they said that the refund will be processed with in 7 days. I waited for 7 days and the refund was not processed. I called them several times again...

We had booked a air costa flight through via.com in march 17 from ahmedabad to bangalore with pnr no 02qjcj.
The flight was cancelled due to reasons unknown and we received a mail that the rs. 9996/- refund amount shall be proceed within next 24 hrs. And it may 6-7 additional days to reflect in your bank account.

We were informed that the flights have been suspended and air costa will not be operational as of now. We requested the refund by calling their toll free number and spoke to customer service agent.
She confirmed that the booking is cancelled and full refund will be processed...

Air costa suspended its service in march and i was told that i would receive a full refund on my ticket but its over two months and we have not received the money. There is no way of contacting the office as the numbers are defunct. They have an auto response set for emails which is we will return money in 20- 25 days.
