Non issue of smart canteen card.
I married mercy, when she was a widow of whom her deseased husband, late varghese, was an ex-service (Airforce) staff. I have no children till todate.
As per govt. Of india's amended rules i was awarded pension, echs (Medical), canteen ect. (Attaching copy order for your clarification).
While i applied for conversion of my existing canteen smart card, the caneen manager denying issuing "liquor permit" card, without any written explanation. Since this card is also linked with certain super market items, i cannot manage to avail full benefits.
May i request your honour to interfere the subject in issuing my eligible part canteen card.
