Dear sir/mam, this is the complaint giving regarding the loss of my certificate. My kid got best excellence award in lkg bt the certificate regarding is kept by school teacher in my kids bag without informing parents then we went for complaining regard bt they said its impossible to get another one. Mystake is completely from teacher side. What can we do now. We want the certificate
