Air Force School — my complaint is about principal preeti rana

On saturday i went to school for dropping my ward to school as my ward is a participant in school function which is going to be held on 20 dec19. I want to know about function timing, class teacher guided me to meet principal for exact timing and better guidence with great social behaviour but when i approached to office principal simply denied to meet me and send message to come after 1 pm at the same time 4 other members are simply coming and going in principal office, she simply denied to meet a uniform personnel then i feel my wards are coming at a wrong place for building their future in education and social field.
