I VISHWADEEP would like to say that I had selected for csa post in AISATS. I received Call/SMS for interview, but after my documentation and received offer letter & after all the formality, there staff canceled my recruitment and harass and cheating with me. I had joined this company in 29TH april, 2016 to 13TH may, 2016 with AISATS and I had paid RS 8000, After only training i left this organization some personal issue in my family somebody death. I had resigned from the company and company did not refund. But i got selected in AISATS again on 15 January 2019 after interview and written test cleared, documentation complete & D.D of RS 15000 & 7000 i also made in favor of AISATS. But the company staff (Amit, Radhika & Rahul) create objections of clearance formality of previous joining on my file & i had also full fill their documents and clearance formality on their demand of previous joining according to him, but after that they create different kind of issues fresher/experience issue on my joining again & again harass me, after moving me here and there so many days then they said we will cancel your appointment dated on 05/02/2019. Name of the person is Rahul (hr. team), Amit (training department) and told me for bribe and when I neglect than he create objection & canceled my appointment. Pawan sir told me you can apply as a fresher in our organization because you are fresher. So you need to apply as a fresher again in our organization and if your resume shortlisted then we will call you for written test and interview if you got shortlisted then we will hire you. Employ of the company talk in very rudely behave manner, i had signed a documents i am fresher because at my previous joining in the company, I only did training and after that I had resigned, company did not provide me any training letter, experience letter and salary of that days.
I would like to say that during the documentation process, i told him clearly when they asked you worked there i told him only took training did not work, How can I show experience because AISATS did not provide me any experience letter/training letter & salary of that days. So, I did mention as a fresher in my resume. I consider right know I am fresher, I don’t have any experience.
I visited their office with my uncle because i was suffering from viral fewer and depression regarding job issue because since the time of documentation I was suffering from fewer, when I was visited their office till 05/02/2019 now these days.
Their staff told me that you are eligible after clearance and i had also full fill their formalities according to the company and Amit sir also told me you gave me your clearance form to me, I will take care of that on my personal basis and signed by H.O.D. Then I went to Cisf office in the raining and received my pass loss application and police complaint attached with my clearance form and gave to company same day came in the raining.
I had submitted my harassment complaint at IGI Airport police station /CEO of the company.
When I visited their office dated on 05/02/2019 for asking their telephone no which they received because when I called their office no nobody picked phone, So, I went to asked other no then I said at reception can I get other no then he told me please wait I call to HR person then I meet HR department person explain my issue then he told me wait a minute and he went in the office and discuss somebody after that he came and told me mam said please complete all the formalities then I asked which formalities then he told me please come with me then he call to Rahul hr. department manager and said me please ask him and I request him and when I asked their company telephone no then they gave me[protected]I have hand written paper photo which they provide me & call not received proof of that no attach copy) I told him nobody received this no then he told me (tujhe jada pata hai, tere bath ka jawab milgya na tujhe) and start abusing language with me in front of all the candidates and company staff and when I aksed can I meet Shweta khanna mam then he told me (yhaa koe nhe hai, bhar nikal, nhe hai koe mam, nahi ae koe mam, bhar jaa aur reception pe jaake puch).Rahul did my humiliation in the office premises and (Defamation) harm to my reputation and also challenged to PM of India and i moved from that palace. You can check their CCTV CAMERA if they have in the office. I have little bit video recording.
If they have a record then why they were calling me again and again for interview process. I also gave interview dated 30/10/2018 (TUE) but I did not clear their interview, then I had applied again. If company policy they don’t hire Training EX-Employ then why they are calling me if they have a record, why they harass me.
Note :- ( I got job in other company but I left that job in same days but for CSA job in AISATS and I was preparing for SSC exam and other government competitive exam but I left the preparation because I got CSA job at AISATS and my family & I fully depend on my CSA job in AISATS which I got at 15/01/2019.But if my appointment cancelled then I have loss of my study/time and money that time & every second was very important for preparation SSC and other government competitive exam who is responsible if I did not get clear exam during loss of that time and My family and me in tension till now regarding cancellation of my appointment and we have discuss everyone regarding my new job at AISATS in relatives, friends and etc.).
If company saying I am experienced/not I am saying am experienced then why they did not provide me experience letter/training letter/salary of that days. Then I will try in other company on the basis of my previous experience. I had only requested him with my uncle regarding my previous joining resigned on urgent basis due to some personal issues in my family and some body death. Company did not mention anywhere about their company law and policy, I don’t know about their rule and regulation and their company policy. There is not mention any where they don’t hire Ex-Employ of the training. I consider right now I am fresher I don’t have any experience.
I had already sent mail and speed post letter but i did not get any revert/valid response regarding cancellation of my appointment according to written company law & policy till now .
I want justice regarding my job, I am alone person in my family to earn after my father retirement after few month at private organization and i need money for my sister marriage and family expenditures. Father (Field worker), Mom (Housewife), Sister (Pursuing College last year). We are four members in my family sister, mother, father and me.
