Dear Sir/Madam,

One of your staff JOHNY selling a all electronic product from the cargos to out side customer and he taking money from the customer and he not give any product and take money his pocket. I am last three month following him but he not give my money back. Kindly take action against him because many customers waiting for money back but he saying airindia not give money back.

He is everyday to involve in fraud the name of aircraft india.please take action against him other wise I am raise a FIR.
