Dear sir/madam,
There are 2 ticket booked on booking no:fuvsmc booking date:30/01/2020 amount:rs:6698/- travel date:15/02/2020 time of flight departure:11:20am.
Hyd-bbs. We have reached airport on time & reached to the counter 10:40am before the counter closed, one of the counter lady asked for id proof & tried to get the boarding pass & i have kept my language for check in, but another near counter person denied the lady to do further process we requested to allow us in flight if any issue for baggage & you can send in another flight but they boldly denied to do that. Please refer the cctv footage of counter for more information. We had a medical emergency but they have not allowed us & wasted complete time then talked over phone to some concerned person. I think without wasting time they cloud have allowed us, we are near the counter they have allowed some other passengers. We are unable to understand. I hope air asia do not understand emergency of the passenger.in some situation & the staff one lady who came later argued like anything. Hope this kind of service a customer does not expect in aviation sector. We lost our money & requested to give some alternative flight because of some emergency & financial issues, but still so rude behavior from the lady staff & she said go for booking another ticket also, if you want you can give complaint against it. How can this kind of behavior is expected from aviation sector where service is the main goal.

What ever it may be they have not allowed us to travel without giving any alternative. It's completely 'harassing' us. Due to the emergency now able to contact u. We don't want take any other action. Kindly request you go through the cctv footage and consider the situation. Again request you please refund our money.

Dear Sir/Maam, ''Complain not resolved''... waiting for refund amount. I got a e mail from Airasia on 25/02/2020 regarding this complain matter. But till now i am not received any refund amount, after contact to them also through email.

So how the remarks created complaint as solved. Till now not received any refund amount, it's very urgent for me due to my situation. Please kindly consider it. Again i am requesting you please initiate the complete amount ( Rs 6698/- )refund process.
