I made bookings on Air Asia flights through travel agent “AirPaz” as follows:
1. AirPaz Code [protected]
PNR L4MYGJ- Flight QZ659 from Singapore (SIN) to Yagyakarta (YIA) for[protected] and
PNR – U5TKPW - Flight QZ658 from Yagyakarta to Singapore for[protected]
for 5 pax (Lead passenger – Raghuvir Bhandari),
2. AirPaz Code [protected]
PNR P5ZPPJ - Flight QZ659 from Singapore (SIN) to Yagyakarta (YIA) for[protected] and
PNR – GZM6TV - Flight QZ658 from Yagyakarta to Singapore for[protected]
for 2 pax (Lead passenger – Puja Bhandari).
Both flights were cancelled by Air Asia and I received intimation from Air Paz with a link for cancellation/rescheduling etc. I opted for cancellation since I could not reschedule. Air Paz accepted my cancellation for Code [protected] on Nov 19, 2022 but have not sent the refund yet and for Code [protected], even after more than 10 tries have not accepted the cancellation with reason that the ticket is non-refundable. The reason is not relevant as the flight has been cancelled by Air Asia and not by me.
In spite of several attempts, I have not been able to find a Customer Support email ID. Their contact numbers in Singapore and India are both unreachable. I am desperate, as a large amount is locked up and I am unable to make alternate plans.
PLEASE HELP IN CANCELLING ALL BOOKINGS AND REMIT THE MONEY. Was this information helpful? |
